On July 10th Sujit Choudhry met with a Ukrainian officials as well as a think tank to begin the process of forming a correct Constitution. He immediately saw three different problems. The first problem was that they had concentrated too much the power of the president. The second problem was that legislature electoral systems where all in chaos. The last problem was they have weak political parties running for office.
\With the help of the think-tank, he was able to guide them in a better process to flush out these issues so that they would not be problems again in the future. His work has made a better Ukrainian constitution for the country. To keep up-to-date with his latest work, check researchgate.net
